Attorneys
Joshua P. Weidemann was born in Dubuque, Iowa. He attended the University of Iowa, obtaining his Bachelor of Arts degree with Distinction in 2000. Josh attended the University of Iowa College of Law, earning his Juris Doctor with High Distinction in 2004. Upon graduation from law school, Josh was elected to membership in the Order of the Coif. He joined the firm in 2004, upon his admission to the Iowa Bar. He currently belongs to the Dubuque County, Iowa, and American Bar Associations. Josh is a member of the Dubuque County Young Lawyers serving as Treasurer. He is also a member of the Tri-State Estate Planning Council and the Iowa State Bar Association Probate Section and Council. In addition, Josh serves on the Board of Directors of Bilt-Well Credit Union. Josh's general practice includes, but is not limited to the areas of corporate and business law, creditor's rights, tax, probate, estate and trust planning, litigation and real estate.
